Dr. Bromberg’s formal training is in Clinical Psychology, with certificates in Marital Therapy and Family Therapy. She has also completed specialized training in Clinical Child Psychology and Infant Mental Health. She has been licensed by the state of Colorado since 2004.
Education
Dr. Bromberg received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a certificate in the Neurosciences from Duke University. She then went on to St. John’s University, receiving both a Master’s Degree and Ph.D in Clinical Psychology. She also completed a Two-year fellowship in Infant Mental Health through the Harris Program in Child Development and Infant Mental Health at the University of Colorado’s School of Medicine.
Involvement
In addition to her community-based private practice work, Dr. Bromberg has served many roles within the psychological community, including:
- Former President, Colorado Association for Infant Mental Health (CoAIMH)
- Former Director of Infant Mental Health Programming at the Haven Mother’s House
- Former Director, Fussy Baby Network Colorado
She is also a frequent presenter on topics pertaining to Infant Mental Health, Grief and Loss, and Pregnancy, and a member of the American Psychological Association.
